Hi, I'm John and this is how Little Judah came to be.
When Ivy and I had Judah, we were shocked to discover that commercially prepared baby food options are high in sugary fruits, containing largely carbohydrates with little protein, and most of them did not contain any fats.
Whenever we find baby food that has added fats, it was one of those highly processed vegetable seed oils - an unhealthy choice for a growing baby. We knew that fats are vital for a growing baby's diet, but the wrong health information being marketed to consumers was to blame. We increasingly felt that families needed something better.
